Eazzy Delivery follows a fresh procurement model. We do not keep vegetables in long-term storage for later sale. Instead, we prepare orders based on customer demand and deliver them as fresh as possible.

• Orders placed before 11:00 PM may be delivered the next morning, subject to service availability.
• Customers may also schedule deliveries up to 7 days in advance.
• Delivery schedules are planned to ensure freshness and convenience.

Payments made through the app are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords on our servers. Payment information is handled securely by the payment gateway according to its own privacy and security practices.

Depending on your usage, the app may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: for order updates, delivery alerts, and service messages.
• Camera: when you choose to upload a photo while raising a complaint.
• Storage / media access: to allow you to attach files or images from your device when needed for complaints or support requests.

Permissions are used only for the stated purpose and not for unrelated tracking.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we work to protect your data through appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our business, such as payment processing and communication tools. These third parties may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services.

• Messaging or email services for order and support communication.

Eazzy Delivery currently provides services only in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Delivery availability may be limited to selected areas within our service zone. We may expand this area in the future.

• Ask questions about how we use your information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal and business record-keeping requirements.

If you would like to delete your account, you may email us at eazzydelivery@pisystindia.com from your registered email address or provide your registered mobile number and account details so we can process your request.

We may retain certain records if required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
